Coronado School of the Arts Foundation MISSION Statement

The MISSION of the Coronado School of the Arts Foundation is to perpetuate a regional public school of the arts at Coronado High School that offers the opportunity for the best possible arts education to all qualified students in San Diego County. The foundation is committed to inspiring broad community support and to engaging other foundations, educational and arts institutions, and community organizations in partnerships to fulfill this mission.

GOALS

The GOALS of the foundation include:

• Seeking to affiliate with an established institution or community organization as a partner,

• making the school of the arts financially self-sufficient through an endowment and other fundraising activities, and

• expanding its outreach to all qualified students in the San Diego region, including those who are disadvantaged or otherwise at-risk.

The Coronado School of the Arts Foundation is a 501 ( c ) 3 non-profit corporation.
