CoSA RegistrationCoSA registration packets are mailed in mid-July with most of the paperwork included. The Field Trip Participation Packet and the T-shirt and Headshot Order Form can be downloaded from this page.
If you did not receive a packet in the mail, please download and read the CoSA Foundation Welcome Packet. You will also need to download and fill out the Parent Contract, Field Trip Participation Packet, and the T-shirt and Headshot Order Form (all available below). You may pick up your Student Directory Info Form at the CoSA office.
Students must turn in all of the forms listed below to the CoSA office by August 27, 2009, to begin CoSA classes on August 31. CoSA students may turn in paperwork during Coronado High School registration (August 11-12).

Student fees may be online paid by credit card. Click here to pay online. Payments made by check may be done through the CoSA office beginning August 10. Financial aid is available to those who qualify. You may download a financial aid application here.
Students will not be able to start CoSA classes on August 31 if all forms have not been completed and returned to the CoSA office.
