Funding for the Coronado School of the Arts
CoSA is funded by the CoSA Foundation, the Coronado Unified School District, the Regional Occupation Program (ROP), and the College Bound Program at Southwestern Community College
The CoSA Foundation is the primary funding source for the Coronado School of the Arts. The foundation, a private non-profit corporation, raises money for the operation of CoSA. Even though CoSA is housed at a public school, the program is not fully funded by the district.
Presently, the cost to fund each CoSA student is $3600.
The foundation asks each CoSA parent to pay a yearly student fee of $1,200 and to participate in CoSA fundraisers and the operation of the CoSA Foundation.

The CoSA Foundation solicits donations for CoSA financial aid.
